Family cases are one of the special proceedings separated from civil law and are regulated by the Family and Guardianship Code. They are characterized by a high emotional charge, which is why not only experience, but also appropriate aptitude and preparation are required to handle them. Family cases - divorce and separation
When deciding on a divorce or separation, it is worthwhile to enlist the help of an experienced lawyer who will not only manage our case, but will prepare us for the divorce or separation by making us aware of what both processes are about. This is because much depends on the spouses themselves and their situation.
